I appreciate Becky not changing her routine and being a bit difficult with Keith in all of their "this is a tiny taste of what many women have to go through" videos to give a real experience for him. Love her sm.

I think Zach 100% should take his meds because he shouldn’t have to go through that pain just for a video

I actually had a kid in my sex Ed class that asked this: “If a pregnant person drinks booze, in small amounts, will it give the baby alcohol tolerance?”

I'm glad Zach touched on his chronic illness. Living with lupus, I would have to completely switch all my meds at least five months prior to becoming pregnant. Then deal with the pain throughout the process.

Unrelated but Becky looks so beautiful straight after waking up, sis drop the secrets 😭

Ned was hoping to do this challenge to prove to his pregnant wife that he cared.

Any baby with Becky's genes would be beautiful. Dont worry, Keith.

I found this so funny as I’m currently pregnant and my fiancé doesn’t understand how much of your lifestyle changes during pregnancy, but then when Zach was in pain my hormonal ass started crying. I have migraines and they are worse during pregnancy for me and I know the frustration of having a crushing pain that debilitates you (given mine isn’t constant, it lasts hours to days) and not being able to take anything because you don’t know what is safe. I end up drinking a quarter cup of coffee and locking myself in my bedroom, lights off, blanket over my head, and try not to cry as I also try to fall asleep because tears make it worse. I just wanted to hand him his meds and give him a hug.

Zac raised such a scarily valid point with his meds, as a woman with chronic back problems I've been trying different medications that are safer for baby before I am actually allowed to even try get pregnant. So that part made me want to cry as I've spent so many nights writhing in pain because the newest substitute med just isn't doing what is needed.

My husband and I decided to forego kids if we hadn't had any by the time I was 40. I'd been taking antidepressants and benzos, among other things, since I was 31. My psychiatrist helped me scale the meds down when I was 35, and suggested alternative therapies such as electroshock during pregnancy. Six weeks after I was fully off the meds, I started having panic attacks again and was dang-near suicidal. No choice - I had to go back on the meds. Pregnancy was contraindicated due to maternal health. I turned 40. We had no kids. It was OK: we had no burning desire to be parents, which was our biggest clue that we shouldn't be. We watched our nieces and nephews grow up and marry, and now we have greats!
